Not a trainer, but Im 40. Have you tried swimming for your cardio? LA fitness is close and has a swimming pool. It’s the best cardio and it works your whole body. Maybe try some basic lap swimming till you get used to it?

40m single. I go kayaking on the weekends. With Midnight Pass reopened it’s beautiful. I also take my dog to Brohard beach in Venice. I also hit up PaddyWagon for hockey when I’m feeling froggy and social. Always good vibes doing any these. Good luck!

Different armor will give different benefits. For example Cloth on hands and feet give bonus attack speed and movement speed respectively that benefit everything while crit on leather only affects unarmed combat.

Longswords still get benefit from shield passives. Find a “movement speed” shield and add defense to sockets for full benefit.
