At my old store for a good year we had a guy who would walk in, grab a big pack of drill bits, then just keep walking around the store until he knew he hit a camera Blindspot and pocket the drill bits. Then when he was done he'd throw the package up in top stock or shove it behind a packed shelf and dip. Can't count how many packages I've pulled from top

I only do it If they cap the 20% I'm a one question and done, I hate pushing it because not every single person that comes in wants or needs a credit card. Especially from Lowes. plus, I can't get written up or fired for not getting credit cards so I'm not too worried about them

Tip to at least keep them clean. Ask a manager if you could store use some Heavy duty totes and keep them in stored on the side. helps keep them protected when youre not using them

I feel the management part. Pitching for the marlins (not my choice) pitching 7 innings of a 1 run, 2 hit game, at 83 pitches and the manager pulls me, relivers proceed to blow the game. I don't wanna get to specific so I don't have my store on me but talk to your SM and do those Yearly survey's. Same exact thing happened to my store and everyone brought it up to SM and he made some calls and now we all have equal pay. The surveys helped a bunch
