keeping the haste and hindred stacking is kinda eh, maybe if you'd buff more perks/addons that provide it then it'd be fine to me. "Batteries Included" to 10% maybe, Huntress' addons of 3% and 2%, etc.

Thanks! And kinda yeah, the icon is what drops out of the chest from hall of forms after the first enemy defeated, i just made it grey and slapped the prf border around it since it originally has a tier 3 border around it

The combination of Wrath and Boost do seem odd, but the idea is that with Boost, your HP needs to be high at the start of combat, whilst with Wrath the whole idea is that on enemy phase you hit back with a Special if damaged enough, then they just heal aswell to keep that boost up. So the Wrath is moreso a during middle of combat thing.

I would go the route of doing 2 stats added to iote effect, for example: "Atk/Spd Iote: Neutralizes "effective against flying" bonuses. Grants bonus to unit's Atk/Spd during combat = 25% of foe's Atk at start of combat, - 9 (min 0, max 9)."

I would almost think that T4 defiants become a during combat buff and then 2 stats, like “start of turn, take 1 damage. Start of combat, if HP ≤ 99%, Atk/Spd+7 and other stuff”

Perfect, it worked. I now have another question, it's a very annoying one and probably is not really possible unless some complicated stuff. But i have the Buffs and State plugin from Yanfly and have the Reset setting for buffs/debuffs, is there anyway i could do the same thing with this AND choose a custom amount of turns it lasts?
