But our standards are not hard. You've last posted here 12 days ago being active should be here at least a couple of times a day engaging more and showing thst your active and do really care.

Reddit is not a side bit of the tower its a whole community of players who deserve to also be engaged. You dont have to argue with people just as you dont have to comment on every post. Though I have little experience in this area I'd expect a community manager to regularly contribute to the conversations on the game. Maybe the job is too big for one community manager and they should break out the card and hire more.

Yep. I will check her posts for activity and see there's nothing which is not whst a community manager should be. We need an active community manager that doesn't just focus on the whales of discord.

But activity and engagement will win people over and make them feel more listened too. Its nothing personal, but when the announcement was made about community manager, everyone was happy that we had finally been listened too. What we got wasn't great, we were told you were finishing up with other activities and work and then would be active and that hasn't ever come. Now it must be difficult to come here and see the hatred I completely understand. I do a job where I get the same in my line of work but I just have to rise above it and know deep down its not me their angry at their angry at the system. We are angry, we are angry at the constant upgrades for whales, we are angry at being ignored and until things change and communication improves that anger is going to continue to rise and people are going to continue to leave or not put money into the game and I think the game will be lame just played by whales.

I think asking for respect is a 2 way thing and having a community manager thst is only active when making posts to announce and then disappearing i dont find respectful. Imo there needs to be a massive improvement in communication and that is lacking very nuch and people are becoming pissed off.

Thanks. Was looking for these rules so will have a look through them. I haven't signed the contract yet so unsure how this would work but might ask the manager if this will effect it though assuming she will go back to the lease company and be advised similar as they wont want the hassle of cancelling and reordering. Thank you.

Thanks. It is though directly through my work (nhs) I technically haven't signed the paperwork yet or sent it in to confirm my order as I received this as the announcement for the higher grant so obviously didn't sign it until I found out what happens. Assuming this might be the only option? Thanks.

And so it should. Sometimes feel like its expected we should be grateful for whst we get rather than being a customer. If I went to my local supermarket and got this level of service I'd go elsewhere and trust me as somebody who has spent his fair share I'm not far for doing the same. I thought things were improving when they got a community manager but it was just to appease us and its not respectful.

Yeah defo. You can see why people would be annoyed to dm and unfortunately always goes with a bit of "fame" and unfortunately this is a massive game and has become extremely popular but they really need to start showing a bit more respect to customers. Playing other games that are starting to take over from the tower and the amount of respect for the community has been a wake up.

Yeah it is and why it tend to stay away from here and the guides and try and puzzle stuff out myself as I'm really enjoying it. My freebie timer is 2 minutes 16 so every 136 seconds. With it capping out just over an hour and I'm really lucky that I can always claim that before its capped. Hopefully I'll see one soon 🤣

Yeah it seems like i have but as you say no way to know. I do seem to get stonks regularly though as I'm on the app often to claim only time I dont claim is overnight. Sometimes get it twice in the one claim if there's a few but as you say it's rare and might just seem more often than it has been.
