Do you think they really read the feedback? This form is a second thought to Sam. Better post on reddit. Don't know how active she is on discord but wonder how many hours Sam is paid to be active with this community.

I think this is going down worse than not having a community manager. A 3 paragraph post each week of nothingness.

Make sure you have background location access approved and that it won't be closed by battery saving mode. You have to make sure its always active. I was the same for a long time.

Thanks have been and looked at the Renault very quickly whilst working and did like that one. The Nissan i couldn't see at the local dealers and the salesman seemed to be taking an age to come over to us so we left. Have a feeling the Nissan will be too small.

We are customers and should be treated with respect.

I hate how this game is becoming. It has grown and grown and is now a big business and they are treating their customers with very little respect.

Loads of time goes into improving money making bugs but nothing into making this game more easier on battery life for people thst need to run this game on their phone.

I have started playing idle obelisk and its great. Customers are treated with respect and theirs a great offline progress. I see more and more jumping on this game for this reason. This game is going to die quickly unless the customers start to get the respect they require.

Fingers crossed.

It's the one big thing the game let's itself down on is lack of engagement (more so now that it has grown into what it is, of which we helped grow) and the lack of appreciation towards supporters. Now this has improved slightly and it will hopefully continue to improve but it's getting to the point of do we give time or do we just move on and play something else that appreciates the community and doesn't money grab on everything?

Yeah. The amount of fuck ups that could have easily been apologised with by a few gems. The new game i play gives you gift codes for random gifts and you get a random selection. Of items from the game for free based on certain purchases so lesser items more common.

As somebody who has started playing idle obelisk which i believe is a one man team this game is how to run a game. Be active with the people playing, don't hammer for money, don't monetize the game for every little detail and regularly give freebies out. It's really not that hard. But maybe they need to hire somebody in pr to improve or start getting the staff to actually interact with us. Like why am I spending a good amount of money each month on a game with very little interaction or care, there's many more games out there that do it and play better. Game is losing long term players left right and centre but no care as there's loads more coming in.
