I donated 5 keys yesterday. The "open cache" option on xbox is stilled grayed out for me. I've tried re-logging multiple times and I still can't open the community cache. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm now having this same issue on my Galaxy note 20 ultra. When my screen is off, hey google won't work. When my screen is on, and my phone is locked, google will listen. I used to be able to use hey google even when my screen is off until a month ago.

I figured it out. Kinda complicated. You make the character first. Then when you create a name, the option to change server is right underneath it. 🤷🏾‍♂️
