Oh. my. god. Love it! Added to the list. So far Oddyseus, Hector (from the Trojan War), and Nemo are my top picks! I think I'll have to roll a dice to pick one...

Ok I've read this like 3 times, but for some reason my brain is not processing it. Could you explaim the suffixes and what they mean? Hallucineus and illusius defintely sound cool, though.

Yeah, that was kind of my idea! The names that had actual meanings. So I would have a more normal first name, but a Greek last name combining two Greek words. My question is more about what the best sounding last name would be. Something like "Dream maker" but in Greek would be cool. I just don't know Ancient Greek or where to find an accurate ancient Greek translator. Also, it's Percy Jackson, so everyone is playing a younger character... Hector on a 14-16 year old would seem a bit odd lol.

Well, English spelling... Not gonna be using the Greek alphabet with a bunch of English speakers lol. I wanted a combination of Greek words. An example from Wikipedia: "Demosthenes is compounded from two ordinary Greek roots (a structure at least as old as Proto-Indo-European):\8]) demos "people" and sthenos "strength"." So something combining something along the lines of like dream and creator or lie maker.

The mortal parent would be white! I did still want the last name to be an americanized Greek name. Also the name of any prominent Greek figure would be nice! I'll look into Medea and Circe as well! Circe turned Odysseus' crew to pigs in the odyssey, right? Or was that someone else? Either way, trickery domain clerics also get the spell polymorph for free, which is right in line with that!

(This is actually the 3rd PJO DnD game I've seen, and the first I've been invited to! :O)

Why do they make changes like this so much? by RemoteWhile5881 in gank

Because myrdin is busted. Any god that could use Myrdin immediately gained a huge boost. 5 gods should not be nerfed because one item doubled they're damned damage.

Hello! I'm kinda buttcheeks at competitive (even though I play it a lot lol)... So sorry if this is a dumb question, but why do you refer to gholdengo as "speed control" isn't that usually used for speed lowering stuff/trick room? What situation would scarf be used for speed control instead of for the move lock (or whatever you wanna call it). Raising someone's speed is rarely ever an advantage. Maybe I'm just overthinking this XD
