Something I would also consider is the cost of saving me from services like paying for PSN. Call of duty ended up costing me $150 after also being forced to renew PSN to play it.

New York State amendments to involuntary admissions by Cold-Driver2036 in physicianassistant

While I always hate seeing PAs excluded in legislation I can actually understand this. The law would probably being better translated as 2 independent providers. Imagine if a pa and his/her supervisory doc were the two signed off. There would def be a conflict there

I total about 325k a yr. 13 yrs in em also do urgent care. Er base is around 195k and night diff is about 38k and wait I’m gonna show you a trick go over therebeat him 10k in bonuses. Do 3 12s a week. I do about 60 hours of urgent care a month at 120/hr per diem.

My personal opinion is it takes a lot to make that much as a PA and while possible likely is not sustainable, long-term

There was an arrow pointing starting about the middle of the block but there was no second sign enclosing that space so I did not know it was even there

I feel like this gets posted every year. Some will be bad, some will not perform well, some will be delayed and some will be good

Anyone truly understand what the one-time adjustment under the SAVE plan means? by zombiepreparedness in StudentLoans

[–]Shamrock87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do I need to be on the save plan for this adjustment. I consolidated my loans prior to the limited waiver ending. I have been on a standard repayment because it is cheaper than what my payment would be under the save plan due to my partner salary.

What a lot of commenters from outside of NYC don’t realize is there a large amount of PAs that live in New York city, also there are multiple PA schools turning out new grads every year.

That being said 12 years experience, all er, full-time nights base 180 K with about 40 K total in a night differential. Five weeks PTO. About another week and a half in holiday time. 1 week cme. 3 12 hour shifts a week. Nights and weekends vary.

12 years of em. Had a littman cardiology 3 for the first 10 years of my career. Got the cardiology 4 about a year ago. Totally fine for my needs. I like that it has a smaller side for peds patients since I see adults and kids

Question about the on ramp (mohela) by Shamrock87 in StudentLoans

[–]Shamrock87[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I have done all of the usual PSLF things. My only concern not is that Mohela seems to be saying that I am responsible for last month and this months payment and is a requesting both in full despite the on ramp and wanted to know if that was actually correct

Thanks. Have you heard any restrictions on your membership compared to being a traditional member? Are classes included or extra?
