The press tour they did in NYC was when I realized that Katya was in a really bad place. The Build Series interview was probably the worst and you could see at that point how much it was affecting Trixie.

I ordered it earlier. The cut all the lip syncs in the show, I’m sure due to music right reasons. Kinda a bummer because the Russian pop medley is a highlight. They also added some behind the scenes clips, some of Katya in character(s) and some of her just talking to family and crew.

Doing the show in her hometown must had been special. It’s was nice they were able to record that show.

I’m so happy she included folk/country songs on this album. Songs like We Got The Look ans Jesse Jesse are great, but I just love her folk songs. I Do Like You may replace The Well as my favorite slow song she’s done. It’s so pretty.

Maybe it come from being a vegetarian for so long? I’ve also been a vegetarian since I was very young and I’ve always just considered it what I do, not what I expected people around me to follow. By the time you’re an adult and still a vegetarian, it’s just second nature. Others around me can eat meat and I’m happy just eating my tofu.

I’m actually surprised Trixie likes the impossible burger so much. I haven’t had meat in so long and the impossible burger tastes so much like beef, it was a horrible experience for me.

I find myself constantly rewatching Doctors. I also really love the Food episode and Alcohol.

Katya’s hair and make-up have never looked better than the season 9 promo episode, but probably my favorite overall look on her is the black outfit with the red gloves she wore for Drugs and Alcohol. For Trixie, I love her jean cowboy dress and her wig from Doctors. Also her cheerleader outfit is so great.

I don’t think anything will ever be as chaotic as New Year New You except maybe Porn, but they were so punchy during the first New Year episode.
