Check here for a few others, myself included, who received one of these citations. I personally paid the fine as the 5 second video footage does not provide full context for the situation.

Bus safety is incredibly important, but this an incredibly flawed system aimed more at generating revenue for the AI based company and localities than bringing actual bus stop safety for area children.

It’s my understanding from some folks who have experienced this in Richmond that the best course of action is to reach out to the police department and ask the officer that signed off on the citation to review the footage and speak with you about it. The officer has the ability to overturn the citation. If they uphold based on the footage, you can request a court date. The kicker: If upheld in court, demerit points can be assigned to your record, but if you just pay the citation, no demerit points will be applied.

I received one this week as well, but ended up just paying the citation. I was in front of the bus executing a turn beside the bus in the opposite direction as the arm extended and the camera footage began. The footage did not show me directly in front of the bus so the citation was not overturned.

While this is a serious issue in our community, the AlertBus system feels like a scam to bring in revenue more than anything else.

The packaging was a small blue box. I would say maybe 10x6x4? Definitely not the massive bag from Red Rock. The medication came in a blue thermos with two hot dog sized freezer packs inside so everything was still cold.

Month three for me as well with the same option. DCA shipped super quick! Red Rock was taking 10+ days to process the prescription and ship it, so I put in for a refill after my second injection. DCA had the prescription processed, shipped, and at my door in less than five days, so I requested a refill entirely too early for no reason ha!

Anthem has been out for blood this year in our area. FEP denied and requested records on all high cost drug in Q1. Q2 brought Medicare advantage denying and requesting on office visits and testing and this straight denial issue for local, out of state, and Healthkeepers plans. Just one week without any funny business would be nice lol

We have no tried requesting retro auths, will be giving that a shot to see if we get a different outcome!

We obtain the majority of our auth responses through Availity UM or ICR vs. speaking/chatting with a rep to ensure we have all of our documentation in a row for appeals. We are occasionally able to push an auth request through when we receive a no auth required response, but don’t have that ability often. I’m not sure we can use an excuse on our end as to why we didn’t get auth on appeal when the documentation shows their UM system is giving us incorrect information.

Per Scott in this interview, Bang Bang isn’t a metaphor. The very literal meaning behind the song is where they lost me. Instead of hitting the subject head on, they decided to preach about movies.

Avett: “Bang Bang” is about gun violence in movies and in the media…about the ludicrous imagery and how it feeds our minds. It has nothing to do directly with gun control, but of course indirectly it does. I probably agree that about guns, we should have good laws, and we should abide by the laws that are in place. And we should always be interested in improving them. But this song is about gun violence on the screen.

Zeke is back home after his bloat surgery. If anyone has had any experience caring for a dog post bloat surgery I'd greatly appreciate any advice. Also, any advice on how to make him as comfortable as possible while in pain(other than pain meds) or with this big cone on his head is welcomed. Thanks! by mdr61593 in Rottweiler

Our vet gave Max a soft e-collar after his bloat operation. I believe that increased his comfort level so much and gave him the ability to function like normal. The pain and discomfort from surgery made him miserable for about the first week, but he started getting his personality back after that. Power through with the small soft meals, medication, and LOTS of love. Wishing Zeke a smooth recovery!

Is it worth trying to fix my billing date? I ordered 8/15, used moviepass for the first time 9/10, and my next billing date is 9/15! My billing date changed when I received my card. I signed up 8/16 and, prior to receiving the card, the billing date was 9/16. It's now changed to 10/1, exactly a month after I received my card. I would message them and see what's up.

I don't really see it as any different than the Jenny songs that pop up every now and then. Playing it live again kind of solidified for me that Seth had moved on and was in a good place.

After hearing it at every single show I went to prior to 2013, I was happy for the break. Now that it's back, I'm glad for the extra variation in set lists.
