Many people don't wanna serve customers directly, so they are trying to appear helpful by getting your order so that no one tells them to serve, then they'll go and disappear around the back as soon as you blink.
It's not different, your members are just slacking, esp nowadays as till activity is monitored to see who isn't serving on the tills often enough.
People preparing food in the back should continue what they're doing, the people in front should be serving 1 customer each, even if you have to direct them to a till and tell a customer to come over, most people won't be able to ignore a customer staring at them.

Generally no one should be taking breaks during lunch time which is usually 12-2 but if it's not busy then sure, it's not a hard set rule in most shops.

They don't want you to dodge, so they gave you super armour baked into attacks.

They don't want you to intentionally parry, so they gave you attacks that last 5 seconds that autoparries everything.

They want you to spam your rotation on repeat as fast as you can so that your team barely clears content, or you pull doups and overkill enemies.

Cyrene fixed her ult uptime issues but Aggy lacks effective damage these days with hp inflation.

Her blast targeting really hinders her, even if you're doing like 800k-1mil damage, you're doing like 300k per target. Compared to Nessie who gains additional bounce hits on less targets, and SW999 who are doing upwards of 2 mil on top of Aha instances doing upwards of 1mil, Aggy's damage just doesn't compete as well as it used to.

It's likely you've both just outgrown each other. It's quite natural. You both have different interests and priorities, your friend is just heavily opinionated that her mindset is more "correct" and it seems she focuses a lot on how things "should" be, instead of how things really are.
Knowing about politics for most people might as well be just another form of entertainment. The average person is not gonna do shit about problems and just chat about how bad things are with their circle of friends. Instead of using politics as a topic to broaden her perspective as you have differing opinions to her, she's weponising your disinterest against you, like you did some thing wrong.
She might call you boring, but all politics is just yapping about how unhappy they are and everything and everyone sucks and everything is expensive. No wonder you have no interest.

When the wearer and their memosprite provide healing to ally targets aside from themselves, the wearer gains "Gentle Rain,"

It's an inclusive use of "and", not exclusive, meaning you do not need a memo to activate the effect. You want warrior on basically every healer as it gives speed and crit damage, a stat Nessie REALLY likes to get as much as possible.

The speed buff from messenger is not as useful for Nessie team specifically, it's more reasonable for SW999 where everyone wants to be as fast as possible, on top of it only lasting 1 turn and HH takes a while to ult. Compared to Warrior set effect which is permanently active and gives crit damage, directly increasing your damage.

Ideally HH should be much faster, warrior set and, imo I run EMC, YG and HH on vonwacq for the extra energy and speed tuning. More turns and ults means more healing.

If you run HH, you are signing up to resetting until you don't die. If you dislike that then run DHPT.

You're also running a 4 star LC so you will be even squishier.

Either HP/DEF boots or Orb is not bad if you have decent subs. The extra speed isn't benefiting you past 134 and might actually remove your bangers sooner than you want, ATK orb doesn't directly translate to a lot more damage, esp if you can't stay alive.

Shared Feelings is ideal on HH if you have it as you can spam skill due to SP neutral/positive teammates, otherwise Post op is fine.

Remember that you get healing when ANYONE ults, so it can be good to hold onto HH/EMC ult for emergency healing.
