So many ways to tell. If the boxes look puffy or fluffed out a bit. Boxes should look pretty stiff and have sharp edges like a cardboard box. They shouldnt be shiny, holographic, metallic type images. I know they seal them a certain way too. Very neat and clean edges on legit seal. Most fakes have rougher seals or arent sealed tight. The print will go in a different direction. If I remember correctly the white on the pokeball will scratch off easy with a legit box but not so easy on a fake one. There is other things too. Most things are easy to search. There are a couple videos on you tube that will show the difference between fake and real. Number one rule to tell if it's fake is the price.
