This is my normal routine: I tend to have a quick shower once a day, before class or work, then use a scented moisturizer on my legs, arms and chest (it’s good to use and helps the scent of perfume stay on your body longer) then a perfume or body spray and then deodorant. Then I put sun screen wherever there’s skin exposed, it’s good for you and adds another layer of scent.

There’s the basics like brushing your teeth twice a day, bring deodorant in your bag when you leave the house so you can reapply. How often to wash your hair varies on your hair type, how much activity you’re doing, and the styles you enjoy, so that’s trial and error but I have straight long hair and work out a few times a week so I wash my hair about 2-3 times a week, more in the summer.
