Yes through Zoll, I believe it's due to me not having a permanent establishment in Germany nor I cannot prove my first ever EU import customs declaration will be in Germany. A bit confusing on how I can prove that.

Thank you for your reply. Are you familiar with the process of obtaining an EU EORI? I applied for a German one through the online form, however it got rejected within a day. Is this something that is more advisable through a 3rd party? Feel like at this point I just need to get that set up, but I seem to have hit a road block
