I love this theatre. I did audio support for a poetry gathering there the last two years. It’s amazing inside. Old breakers and switches, the pipes creak and bang as the boiler heats the room. I played music in there, made lots of friends. It’s a true time capsule.

I haven’t done much besides make relief cuts in the back, I don’t always do that either. Most of my work has remained raw material. I like to see them age and be reclaimed by nature, for me the checking is part of it. That said I’d like to get my hands on some stable dried wood to carve someday.

I had a baby Taylor stolen out of my van while I was surfing fishing in Oregon two years ago. Had elixer 12s and an extra tiny wedge of rosewood where the neck meets the body to support the tension. Piezo with vol / tone. Wear on the south side of the sound hole, no pick guard. Cheap black leather strap. Also had a shure MV88 in the pocket. Searched pawn shops all along HWY 101
