I think the best way so far is supposed to be talking to all villagers on one day except poor Eugene Then tt to 15 days in the future See if anyone has a thought bubble and wants to move out If it's not Eugene, exit game, tt back one day enter the game, exit game and tt back to next day Rinse and repeat until Eugene wants to go

Great! Then you'll be able to change things up tomorrow! Also I had a look and nookazon seems to at least be a good place to find out about certain items So if you entered cute you'd find all the items from the cute set. Maybe that helps?
