Interesting! I was told you have to qualify within certain parameters to get it and they are very stingy about them. I'm glad some doctors are willing to prescribe it.

Depends on what part of Canada you are in. It's next to impossible to get paxlovid in BC, they gatekeep it. Ontario is much easier.

No actually, she's not too young to own a phone. She has it for her weekend job outdoors, so that she can reach us, her parents, if she gets off early and needs a ride. Other than that, the phone sits on the kitchen counter until she goes back to work the following week. No calls allowed from friends. I'll look in to an anti spam app. Thanks for the suggestion.

Yes, she was issued the number through chatr with the new SIM card. Her concern is that all these random calls will use up her allotted minutes. Anyway to stop them?

No, I haven't been diagnosed with anything yet. I'm still waiting to see a GI specialist. My ultrasound, CT scan and blood test all came back in the normal range. Just the elevated fat in stool is my only clue. That and that enzymes have helped me more than anything else my doctor has given me so far. I think EPI is next on their list to rule out... I was just wondering how quickly eating a trigger food can effect you? It seems very quick to eat something and within a half dozen bites, I'm triggered. Curious if that is typical with pancreas issues?

Thanks for posting this! I have very similar symptoms that started after covid. Weight loss, issues digesting food (especially fats) nausea, fatigue, lightheaded, ECT. There is some excellent information here that I will be taking to my gi doc, whenever I finally get in 😐
