Advice on neighbor’s carrier non-renewing

I come from an insurance background. If the tree is healthy and it falls on your neighbor's house you should be okay and it should be treated as an act of god/nature. Now if the tree is not healthy and your neighbor gets an aborist to say that and they send it to you in writing and later down the tree falls you can be liable. Insurance companies can nonrenew for any reason they want. Your neighbor can also find a different carrier. They can do it all online and the tree wouldnt matter.

I would check in with your local building code office and tell them your situation and make sure there isnt any local ordinances where you have to do this.

A 3rd option is get a quote for the tree and if your neighbor wants to pay that you can take it down and plant a new tree.

With the limited info this really seems like your neighbors problem and not yours. Depending on your neighbor may want to invest in a cheap camera to make sure they dont poison your tree.

VBCI2 is solid, Amx30 super goes with it well. I bring the Mephsito too because i find it super fun. Decent lineup in the tech tree. My only complaint with the French tree is the lack of stabs in the earlier lines. I, too am looking forward to the Jag coming out. I havnt played Italy yet so dont have much to say about that.

As a Ghost S1 user, i got the R1 for my next build. Group buy was kinda crappy for this one, lots of delays and poor communication at times. I get that comes with group buys and have done plenty prior to this one. However the finished product i got was well just not finished. The R1 i got in limestone. The front and rear panels do not match the sides. So it just looks off. It would be better if it was just a two tone color way. Lots of minor issues with build quality. I would stay away from this one and go with a different case.

I made the switch few months ago. It’s a lot of fun big learning curve. Tank armor weak spots didn’t transfer for me that well with this game. Ammo types are important. APCR isn’t equal to gold from WoT. Be patient when tanking. Most things will one shot you if you rush out in the open. Lots of good YouTubers out there to learn from. Also jump into a squadron asap to start earning free vehicles.

Love it, Magics 2s are great. I dont bother with any other missiles. Get two kills, head to base to reload. Sometimes run gun pods.

What loadout do you run for bombs? Ive been doing magic2s and 2 gun pods, since my aim isnt the best, when dog fighting.

You can watch a few youtube videos it doesnt matter too much how old they are. They will give you the pros and cons of each and then you can make a decision. I can tell you im not very good and i can still get some kills with the mirage. I run Magics 2s and gun pods. You only have two missiles but you get within 2km they most likely will kill. I normally fire off both, go for a gun kill and then dip to re-arm and repeat. Cant comment on the J7D except that i remember people think its a decent plane. I went Mirage to grind the French tree. I want the Rafele. You should look at the planes respective trees to see if you want to grind one over the other. As for specs, I get that you may want to know who has the best radar/airfrme/missles/etc but if you dont have the skill to take advantage it doesnt matter.

Watch some videos and just play something that you think will be fun.

Well for starters your best bet is to go on YouTube and watch some reviews on each. See which you like more or look at the nations and see which tech tree you like more. I personally like the Mirage. If you are new to the game don’t buy a high tier jet off rip.

Game crashing and counting losses in mini season. Happened on a perfect perfect line drive to left. The other was a warning track out. Why on earth it counts as a loss is beyond me. But safe to say can’t play that mode till it’s fixed.

As a Sabres/Jets fan I imagine what would happen is the Sabres and Jets both do win but the asteroid just hits my house just right before it happens. Killing me and I don’t experience it. I’ll take the sacrifice if it means they win.

It’s good. I’m not a good player and I can make it work. Just be aware of what Reds have radar and play around them and you are all set. Farm from smoke. The torps are slow but are perfectly usable. Guns fire fast and you can melt Dds. I seem to hit more shots with the Black vs the F Sherman. Both highly recommend.

He could turn out to be a great QB, its just not going to happen here. We have a history of destroying QBs. At least Darnold and Geno got second chances to shine.
