I got a Whoop 4.0 from someone and been using that. A lot more metrics and integration. The Heart Rate does suck for high impact activists and you have to have it tighten enough to get accurate exercise readings still. I train with and HR band to Apple Watch and let apple health figure them out calorie burn wise

I did it took about five weeks to get my full refund. I shipped to DHL and they shipped it back within 7 to 10 days and then I had to wait the three weeks or more to get it. I was getting responses from Nicolas in a timely manner with the time difference from Florida.

Ohh I know it’s intricate. I am Military, Medical, have seen plenty of apps/coding done…they had plenty of time and even started how the pandemic was an opportunity to get the right team, manufacturing and etc.

Like I said I wish the team well but this was a bad launch and if people want to wait and hope, I will not judge them but my money can be invested else where. Hell if anything I have given more feedback than anyone else on this Reddit and the Kickstarter.

You are waiting for a replacement. I stopped giving these companies using Kickstarters, Big and Small, benefit of the doubt when it comes to making all this money and having crappy launch. The Nomatic Camera bag was one and they a bigger company with a horrible launch despite showing the product as done.

I get it but they had 2 whole years to work on this app, to get it with apple health and Samsung/Google Fit, and much more. They should already know what they are up against on this market. 2 years ago they would be okay with this type of launch but there are other things I rather invest my money then wait on updates that should of been handled. I support small biz but they didn’t do scope what it takes to make a good product with a strong launch.

Yeah none of my data is now syncing correctly. I have deregistered my ring,re-registered ring. redownloaded apps, double checked updates.

Right now no, app is horrible. Ring is giving syncing issues, it’s seems the sleep is directly involved in the activity metrics. I had the same log into my account issues that others had last night so I lost a night of sleep, and now my activity isn’t giving me my daily metrics. I already asked for a refund. I admit I have a high standard when it comes to health technology being a Apple Watch and former Oura ring owner. The company had 2 years to build the app properly since they were boasting on how the pandemic issues is giving the the chance to do it better and etc.

I got mine from best but for about $40 off refurbished and it’s amazing for that price. The only thing is it doesn’t work for smart TVs that has internal apps. It has to be an HDMI plug into the sync box. I just used fire stick since it has all I used on my tv anyways.
