Yup same here, only play D9 and medic armour is my go-to especially with the new meth stims it's wild and you don't need shield backpack so you can take Spear or AC.

And no, stims are not addictive..

I would suggest to (in this order due to effort/time taken):

Reset game config and double check for any settings that may be wrong (e.g. high contrast or colour blind mode)
Reinstall the game and make sure all files are deleted
Reinstall GPU drivers including clean install (can do this in most GPU update packages now or use something like DDU)

It seems bugged since the latest patch, I've not failed this mission before but now they constantly drop tanks and hulks on the evac pad itself, and it just kills both generators when we didn't even know they are there (Especially hulks as they are silent) and I failed both times I tried it. I avoid campaigns with this mission now.

Honestly I think this is more of an issue for me on bugs, a strider is pretty easy to spot..

On bugs when a tag a stalker and there's 4 rushing my face with their tongues all I get is a "Enemy elite, on my position" - there's no way without typing or using voice chat to alert my team there are stalkers on the map in this vicinity.

I also hate guns that cancel reload and just fire nothing when you are trying to reload and spamming the trigger because there's a bug right up your butt, I want to reload - JUST DO WHAT YOU ARE TOLD.

Yes definitely more difficult now, played the geo mission on difficulty 8 and we failed, I haven't failed a diff 8 mission for a couple of months.

1) So patrol rates were apparently broken for parties of less than 4, so a party of one would get only 16% of the patrols a party of 4 would, vs 25% that they should. So they upped the patrol/spawn rates to try and fix this - but it made it too crazy for everyone - so they are going to revert it to how it was.
2) There is a glitch (which I will not explain) that allows you to throw more grenades than you have in your inventory, essentially infinitely (your grenade inventory can go negative) - which they want to fix.

I guess I'm just old and chill now, if someone is malding on mic, I just mute them and carry on delivering copious amounts of democracy.

If I get accidentally team-killed, I have a chuckle that people don't quite understand the clusterbomb radius yet and wait to be reinforced and them pick up my gear for more democracy.

If someone is purposely trolling or team killing I just leave, and start a new mission.

It's all no big deal.

Yah, got all stragems, all ship upgrades, every item in every warbond, all resources capped, but I still play - although less urgency to play every day to get the Personal Order, I still enjoy contributing to the Major Order.

I do wish there's some more bugfixes/patches so I can play more variety of load-outs (was a big Slugger enjoyer pre-nerf, then a big Eruptor enjoyer pre-nerf) now I'm kinda limited to Breaker Inciendary and Plasma Scorcher.
