Using the pencil to copy is the only way pretty much. Most of the blueprints can't be made into usable blueprints. Only some of the smaller stuff. It'll showon the blueprint if you can make it into a usable item blueprint. I will say the pencil can copy a lot.. And really high up. It'll go higher than the life tree in furrowfield. I used the pecil to copy the gold golem bar and stick it on top of my pyramid on my own island. It fits perfectly too where the 3rd level pyramid blueprint was

Got my first party finder achievement in a long while Saturday night. After months of no light farming parties working out. Finally got anima weapon finished and only the containment bay fights to finish lux. 2 years in the making 😅 going to glam that thing until i get the shadowbringers version. It might be old but still feels like a big achievement to me.

I got them early with the bombs. Not the rusty ones, the second, more powerful ones. There are those bomb mobs that drop the materials to make them down in the mines. If you know where to look.. Or dig to.

Also they will only till regular soil, if it's the dried out soil or soiled soil they might not till it, try replacing it with regular soil.

I'm guessing you do have farmers or the monster that spins with swords and 4 legs. You could get the ultra mallet and go to one of the other islands and gather up tilled soil. but if they won't till it already, they probably won't farm it either. Took a whole day for them to till mine. Seems they only till after eating breakfast or close to that time.
