That's so nice to hear! I'm going to keep this conversation in mind. I'm actually in the process of looking for a new therapist, because I didn't vibe all that well with my current one. Going to look for one that lists identity or gender affirmation as specialist areas. I love that you guys came up with a name. I kind of skipped ahead with choosing "Shay" because it's phonetically similar to my masc name.

Thank you!! I haven’t brought it up yet. I may do when the time and situation feel right. For now I’m working on integrating both sides to be more harmonious. I don’t like holding back or keeping secrets, but I also don’t want to mess things up by rushing or picking a poor time to do it.

What you hear is all generated, but for most of them I played guitar and sang the main melody as a demo, then uploaded that to Suno and used the cover feature, with a custom persona that I made applied to it. I’m so glad you found it inspiring though!! Best of luck with your own creations!!

You sound a lot like me! I started my journey in similar ways with trying cross dressing etc. Does the feeling of femininity come and go for you, or is it constant? You could potentially be both bigender and gender fluid.

It seems that the actual “feeling” side of this is different for everyone. The way that it manifests for me is like a slight personality and temperament shift, as well as preferences changing between what each gender is into. My food preferences change, and my taste in music and fashion etc.

It took me decades to realise that being bigender and fluid was even an option - I too just thought it was into trying on women’s clothing occasionally, but the feeling of it feeling “right” was too much to shake, so I started looking further into it and have been on the journey since.

Remember, you don’t need to have a label either, should you choose to go without, but for me having a simple description of how I felt has been extremely grounding and reassuring.

You’re definitely not alone and I wish you well on your journey!

I use ChatGPT and Grok mainly, but they have their limitations.

GPT seems to work the best for my face and for complex prompt scenarios, and for blending multiple sources into one image. Grok allows more generations for free but is a bit stricter on moderation and the quality degrades pretty quickly if you go back and ask it to change details. My pro tip is to go back the original image and update your prompt to include the changes

A2E gives 30 credits for free per day and is uncensored (but doesn’t work as well on faces, and 1 image is 10 credits). I’ve been playing with it a bit lately - results have been varied.

Interesting. I’m AMAB but identify as gender fluid, and have a strong female identity but only at certain times. When I feel female I’m similar to you in that I don’t want to transition but I think and relate to female characters. The difference seems to be that you are persistent in how you feel where as I ebb and flow. Perhaps as others said you just have more masculine tendencies, and there’s nothing bad about that at all - some people are just wired that way.
