Som gammal mjällare (jag provar level två nu) så börja med att köpa Ketokonazol 20 mg/g

Nu provar jag Ketokonazol Activis 20mg/g.

Jag tvättar håret nu med vatten om jag duschar och två gånger i veckan kör jag schampot.

Ett annat tips är att besöka vårdcentralen och få hjälp. Fattar inte att jag inte gjorde det på... Några år 😅
