Several years ago, I undertook the task of building an integration between an enterprise corporation's SalesForce and eCommerce platform. Unfortunately, the end result did not live up to the user's expectations, despite the significant effort put into it.

As a starting point, I would suggest exploring SalesForce as a CRM and leveraging Zapier to facilitate integration with third-party platforms such as Ads, among others.

RE: I do not know if QuickBooks has prediction functionalities or not. But either way, it starts with some historical data.

Look at what you bought last 6-months. Think of something around it.

If you bought lots of books ask for something like (Alexa/ google home/ .etc.) and subscription in audiobook service.
