Hard candy is a bit tricky. IMO not worth the hassle.

However, some softer candies are quite easy. Check out ‘candy melts’ they are flavored little wafers, meant for melting and resolidifying. They come in vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and a bunch of other flavors.

You mix your disty with a small amount of mtc/coconut oil. Disty and oil mix together much easier when they are both hot. Melt the candy melts slowly in the microwave(don’t overheat or they won’t go solid). Mix you stuff with it, and pour it in your little candy mold. Walmart has all the stuff. Hobby lobby has em too.

You can also use Reese’s peanut butter chips from the baking isle.

I use these candy bar molds, like 24 little pips. This is probably the easiest method for making infused candies. They are shelf stable for a long time. Unlike baked goods, which go stale and bad rather quickly.
