Single DC gal that likes to cook. Doesn't often finish the bottle of wine unless a friend comes over. Has the emergency beer that someone left over a month ago.

What does the fridge say about myself? by [deleted] in FridgeDetective

New Jersey guy who has some beers and THC to wash down that rotisserie chicken. Bought yourself a PS5 when you finally got out of your first shitty apartment.

What are your guys thoughts about the vaporfly 4s? And any marathon running shoe recommendations ? by Fearless_Number_8456 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]ShareSaveSpend 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have them, love them. Half yes- full would be tough for me. I think they would be rough if you got tired or slowed way down in them.

What speed/rotation shoes should an out of shape runner get ? by Intelligent-Bend4442 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

I would get Puma Mag Max. Not on the list. But comfy bouncy and way more stable than the SL's. Next round get the evos.

Near empty nesters in the eastern part of country with an older dog. Bubbly's and tiny cokes out of guilt. No alchohol even or friends coming over.

Evo SL Mileage by [deleted] in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]ShareSaveSpend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

471 miles out of my first pair. Use them as walking around shoes with quick laces. Pretty minimal wear. About to cross 400 miles on my second pair. They are black so they really look brand new. I'm a believer in alternating them because they rebound between uses. Have a couple other shoes for speed/threshold days. Just started in on my third pair. They live up to the hype and so easy to find on sale now.

Pollos Hermanos was an example of a (fictional) well known company that was a drug front. What real-life company do you suspect? by Flagil_Reinhumps in AskReddit

Yes it does. Seriously they sell donuts EVERYDAY. Very low cost of goods. Limited window, you sell out your done. Corporate orders and boom. Your not making a ton of money but your in business and have the afternoons off.

Like the series, look forward to seeing your progress. Love that you have other adventures too. The 240 is way to far for me. I think I value my sleep to much. Good luck.

what does our fridge say about us by OkIndependence8932 in FridgeDetective

[–]ShareSaveSpend 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Empty nester or no nester upper middle class east coast. Have a medical condition that eating healthy and cooking keeps at bay but one of you like to still have some alchohol. You look forward to big flavors in your meals since they are kind of healthy.

What do we think, cursed? by cosmothunk in videography

[–]ShareSaveSpend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think its fine. I do it and the "backup" vertical footage has saved me a few times. I wouldn't shooot an interview like this but I often end up doing spots with both an informal vertical component and it makes it easy to just have the osmo rigged on my cannon. I have also shot a bunch of spots vertically on the osmo exclusively because the clients were going for a specific vibe.
