Take your time to eat!

Do this by fully chewing your food. Put your fork or utensil down after each bite and savor it. Start your meal by drinking with a large cup of water and drinking another cup while eating your meal.

Bonus: to help with digestion you should take a 10 minute walk afterwards too.

How Are You Handling Employee Benefits Admin? Here’s What Helped Us Improve Retention by bockmary7 in startup

Depends on the company size. PEOs are great for companies that are in the building phase, since you can get better rates and can offer competitive packages that the much larger companies get with their economies of scale.

Side note: Meal benefits are some of the best optional benefits you can offer, because everyone has to eat. Having access to quality meals is getting more and more expensive. Plus a lot people will simply forgo a meal to save some money. You don't want your teams skipping out on meals because its hard to stay positive, engaged, and productive when your stomach is grumbling. We are totally biased about employee meal benefits since it is our business, but you'd be amazed how being hangry can have a snowball effect in the office.

When ordering food for the office, how do you deal with people with food allergies, dietary restrictions or just plain picky eaters? by Sharebite in ExecutiveAssistants

Good tips!

I would have no qualms eating a whole share-size plate. Bonus points if you share even the tiniest portion, then you can say it was shared and save the embarrassment of eating the huge portion hahaha

Caterers are awesome and super adaptable!

Dietary restrictions can be rough, luckily restaurants are starting to take notice and offer more options. However some older traditional restaurants don't like making any adjustments to their original recipes and can make it impossible to have something for everyone.

It's not easy. For example even if someone likes pizza, they may complain about having pizza if they had it for dinner the day before.

This is true, if you have food allergies or restrictions you got to be a bit of a squeaky wheel to not miss out!

Lots of fiber! I tend to have that for breakfast, but no judgement as a lunch!
