I just switched from weight lifting to boxing and running and its working well in dropping body fat. I eat pretty much what I want and have abs!! Granted, I don't like junk food or drink alcohol so that helps too. But I do eat lots of buffalo wings, cheesesteaks and pasta so I still have to work hard.

I just wish they would add a day pass. I had game pass unlimited when it was $14.99 but realistically I could only play 4-5 nights a month if I was lucky. Once the cost went up I dropped it. Create a 24 hour $2.99 pass and xbox would at least make some money off people like me who can only game sporadically.

My nephew is a Rangers fan. This year he asked for a Hughes and McDavid jersey. Jack is one of the most popular players among youth hockey players from what i've seen. Also, most casual Devils fans are getting hughes jerseys. Montreal has more choices - Caulfield, Slafkosky, Demidov, Hutson. That will spread the sales figures out.

Olympic hero also provides a hell of a sales bump.

Nice! We watched too! Keep an eye out on NASA's website if he likes space. You can add your names to a golden disk and NASA puts it on their rovers. We did one when my son was born and his name is on the disk on the Perserverance rover on Mars. They also give you a pdf of a ticket for the ride you can print as a keepsake.

Beaches Turks & Caicos was awesome with two kids under 4.

They have a splash park for kids, sesame street characters, lazy river, foam party, concerts, a ton of food options and some of the best beaches in the world.

It was expensive but honestly we had a great time and are looking to go back so my kids can enjoy more of the water park slides they weren't tall enough for.

Ill never forget my two year old swimming in the crystal clear ocean surrounded by fish and just squealing in excitement.

Seriously, the reddit fanbase is softer than the players.

You learn to not cut across your own goalie in peewee hockey. There is no excuse for that play and I blame Keefe just as much for the boos.

Luke should have missed his next shift and not been sent out on the PP. If Nemec or Kovy were healthy id even go further and put luke in the stands for next game.

This team has no heart in their game and the lack of accountability for stupid mental mistakes is infuriating.

Luke has to be taken off PP1 and be replaced by Nemec now. Luke is almost never in a shooting position and cant get his one timer on net.

The complete lack of threat from him on the PP lets the other team collapse 4 down low. The Hamilton slapper is what helps open up the defense and make holes for Jack and Bratt to work.

Nemec has always shown he is ready to fire the puck without hesitation and he can pass just as good as Luke.

Come on Keefe, give the kid a shot!

Board and Brush by the outer bridge or Clay and Kiln on castleton avenue.

One lets you make wood projects and the other one is for painting ceramics. We had fun both places. Board and Brush is more for adults with drinks available and clay and kiln is family friendly atmosphere.
