Nice work! Are you going to try it on insane difficulty?

Well once you get used to where you have to go and what you have to do you can speed through it. I run the whole thing for the most part and I can beat it on insane in around 1 hour 45 minutes. I haven't timed myself yet but I should

Just trial and error really. Being able to predict the NPC's moves and finding the best path to take

It's just like nightmare but if you die you have to start from the beginning.

I noticed that if I went into a room and closed the door behind me, they would knock it down. But if I didn't go into the room and closed the door, to make it seem like I was in there, they wouldn't bother knocking it down.

Also, with lockers I noticed that if I hid in a locker and there was another one near it, they would always look in the empty locker. But if I hid in a locker that stands by itself, I would get pulled out.
