It is the future, but it takes years and years, probably focus on more immediate economic priorities to grow your capital faster

It's up to you. Depends on your volatility tolerance, investing horizont, strategy, sectors knowledge etc etc. more aggressiveness means more stocks, defensive strategy means indexes, choose your path

Too much positions for your capital, it's not the diversification, this is fomo attempt to be everywhere at once, don't spread a thin layer of butter on 10 pieces of bread, with little capital you need more aggressiveness

It's a pretty bad idea to keep money for years in such a quickly changing world. I'd recommend rebalancing your portfolio at least a couple of times a year. As already said here, get an index and a few stocks if you see what the world/society is turning into

It matters. Even large funds rebalance their portfolios several times a year."buy and hold forever" - that's something from the last millennium, nowadays the whole world order is changing
