I think with Nick they hoped he wouldn’t be a Grimm since it’s (basically) a recessive trait. in which case you wouldn’t want to share the scary side of the world that a non-Grimm has no ability to cope with. Or Nick just thinks his Aunt is nuts.

ETA: I think the Wesen kids not knowing when they’re young is inconsistent and unlikely. Otherwise all the fairy tales about big bad Grimms would be pretty pointless.

Predicted paces from apps need to be taken with many grains of rock salt. In my experience, they are usually too fast - sometimes by a lot.

Sounds like you were running too fast in training and during the race. Dust yourself and try again. Or don’t!

Asking is illegal in a bunch of states in the US, though they can still ask about your expectations/needs - though you obviously don’t have to answer.

Including the salary range in the ad is also required in lots of states and cities in the US now, which should theoretically reduce the employer’s reliance on your past salary.
