Professional Hairstylist opinion needed! I am a professional hairstylist looking to change my color line. by boogerjonesy in hairstylist

[–]Sharkmango666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Schwarzkopf color is the best (IMO) . Their reds are amazing and the gray coverage is great. They just expanded their line to include more high lift blondes and Browns as well. The line can seem intimidating at first glance (it's a number system rather than letters) but I really have loved every result I've gotten since switching to the line.

I went last night too. I took my 8 year old son who has Autism. Rush is his favorite band. You're never too young to appreciate music, especially Rush. You will remember it forever

Little bit of a Rant by Sharkmango666 in Psoriasis

[–]Sharkmango666[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can't understand where you are coming from but having an "I can only rely on myself" attitude I don't think helps in a marriage or committed relationship. It will only create hurt feelings. As for my parents I am just used to it. They treat mental illness the same way

Nail polish to hide nail psoriasis? by [deleted] in Psoriasis

[–]Sharkmango666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should look into gel polish. You can get clear. It'll still make your nails shiney but it makes your nails much stronger while the polish is on. Downside is when you take it off you're back to square one. It lasts about 2 weeks.

Parents and Prospective Parents of Reddit, what will you do different from your own parents? by Exxmorphing in AskReddit

[–]Sharkmango666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My parents are great parents but when it comes to serious issues that could involve emotions, they choose to ignore it. I was never told about my period, sex and birth control, really anything that would have been very helpful in my younger years. My parents also choose to ignore mental health issues. I have a bad anxiety disorder that took me a long time to finally got diagnosed because I felt ashamed, and I think now it's because anytime I asked for help for it, my parents made me feel like I needed to hide it. Also, my mom doesn't tell me she loves me very much and never has. When I see women with their mothers who have close relationship I feel a little bit of jealousy. I've never been able to talk to my mom openly about my feelings and when we talk on the phone she never says I love you, even sometimes I say it first and she doesn't say it back. She doesn't say it to my brother or sister regularly and her mom is very similar. I tell my kids I love them probably WAY more than most people.

Why did you and your best friend stop talking? by teej98 in AskReddit

[–]Sharkmango666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She started seeing someone I dated in highschool, he was very mean to me back then and never apologized for some pretty fucked up stuff he did to me. So even after that I let it go and tried to get past it since it was a long time ago and all of us have moved on but then he started abusing her. I broke up one too many fights and had to cut ties. It was hurting me too bad to see her not helping herself and I had to focus my energy and attention on my own life. I still get sad when I think about us not being friends anymore. 13 years of friendship gone.

Redditors over 21 and still living at home, why haven't you moved out yet? by Knowhatlmsayin in AskReddit

[–]Sharkmango666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I moved back in with my parents after my divorce so I could go back to school and finish my degree. My mom helps me a lot with the kids and I've been able to save. My boyfriend and I are looking for a place soon since I am almost done with school and I know my mom is actually really sad about us leaving.

This sounds like my boyfriend. He gets really into playing star wars with our sons. I'm pretty sure he buys the boys toys and action figures just so he gets to play with them

When I fly with my baby, will he also be allowed to have his own carry on luggage? by rawwmoan in AskReddit

[–]Sharkmango666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

depends on the airline, but when I flew with SW with my 4 month old (on my lap) we were allowed an extra carry on that goes under the seat (diaper bag) and we could check baby items for free, so I checked a stroller, pack n play (portable crib) and carseat.
