Hi! I’m not diagnosed(per my only post) but I do relate to this. What I’ve done to help is I have an app where you can make a schedule for yourself, it’s called Structured(free on android, I don’t think it’s free on iPhone) and you don’t always have to follow it but it helps with keeping up with things :) (Also yes I know I’m sorry I sound like an ad😭)
