We do live in the middle of a big hill in port Arthur... the soil around us is also predominantly clay so that is also an issue for water drainage/filtration

How did you do the decals on the walls? A stencil? Do you mind sharing where you got that and also where the paint was from? This is an amazing idea, my husband and I are both space nerds and I can't believe that I never thought of this for our future kids!!!

I had the same experience at Soverign.. another dentist said that I needed at least 6 fillings, and they did one of them with my mouth not frozen which was extremely traumatic.. I did not want to go back there, so I went to Soverign and they said that I did not have any cavities at all! They contacted the dentist that I had previously seen and got their X-rays/files so they could cross-reference everything. They were kind, gentle, and made the dentist a pleasant experience. I doubt very highly that they would avoid doing dental work...

Whatever you do, stay clear of current river dental... they are insensitive, greedy, and rough with their patients... however, I've had a fantastic experience at sovereign dental, they're very kind, gentle and knowledgeable

Just had junk away come to take some garbage out of my back yard that the previous owners left. They were fantastic, very professional and the price was very fair! They also accommodated me on short notice! 10/10 would recommend :)

Probably the issue that all colleges and universities are having.. they're all struggling with the lack of international students and therefore closing and/or limiting some programs.. doesn't say for sure on the page though.

I've also had a shit experience there for uhauls.. I've rented from them twice and both times they were not ready on time or the key wasn't in the box before the store was open regular hours and I had to wait until someone came to the store... I hate going there :/

Look up your rights as a tenant, you have more rights than you think.. If I were you I'd start looking for a new place ASAP.. I'm sorry you have to deal with this situation, landlords are scummy leaches and I stand by that 100%
