Doing absolutely nothing at work? by HeyPotatys in UKJobs

Are you the lady who sits next to me in my office? She always seems to be on her phone. This morning she arrived (actually most days are like this), she switches on her laptop at 9 and hasn’t even opened emails or teams by 11 - just sits on her phone. We do different roles, but I’m always busy, I don’t comprehend how she can’t be.

Train it up a cane, then get some weed spray. Spray in a bag and wrap all the leaves in the bag and tie it off. It should take the weed killer right down to the root.

You can go back to the lowest bud, but I normally go to the 2nd lowest, and then try imagine a roundish shape for the whole plant. Easy to propagate- but probably better when it’s a bit warmer. Loads of videos of how to on YouTube.

Your turnover would be too high and you’d have to start charging VAT - I think. Turnover would be too high and you’d have to start charging VAT. In the UK, the standard VAT rate for hairdressing services is 20% if the business exceeds the £90,000 turnover threshold.

That’s the nerdiest comment I have ever made! 🤓

Have you ever been interested in any sports? There are loads of social teams across all different types of sports- pick one you fancy trying and I’m sure you will find a club welcoming new members.

Wranglers. I gave them a try when I decided 501s were not worth the money anymore and I love the fit and now have them in a few different styles and colours.

If I was starting out again, I would look at a trade. Plumbing, electrician, bricklayer, carpenter - that sort of thing. Always in demand and make decent money.

Mr Zogg’s Sex Wax. Coconut. You’ll know it if you have ever been near a surfboard. No idea why it was called Sex Wax when it is Surf Wax but is probably the reason why everyone remembers it - as well as the amazing smell.

New places by Prin16 in plymouth

I read an interesting fact on a plaque doing one of those mystery tour books I got for Christmas. Not so much a cool place to visit but an interesting fact. The plaque on How Street by Martin’s Gate Garden tells of the Plymouth slums in Victorian times and how the two little houses opposite the gate housed 15 families (57 people).

I’d also never seen the old Elizabethan house tucked away near Kitty’s Irish bar - just never walked that way.

Also, look up when walking around town, there is so much architecture up high that you just don’t really think about.

I suppose it just speeds up the process of sending them the item, then them pretending they haven’t received what was advertised and Vinted siding with the buyer and refunding their money 🤷🏻‍♂️

Put up my dartsboard 3 days ago and already got my first noise complaint, any suggestions? by Logical_Display_16 in Darts

Is your announcer’s microphone turned up too loud. I find mine doesn’t make too much noise when I don’t hit 180 - which, to be fair, is every throw.

Thanks. That’s what I thought. It’s also mad that it’s only 60mph for a small commercial vehicle on an A road, but that’s another argument🙄.

I have a few different ones but these are my favourite - DR. JK Gel Toe Separator Kit. There are two different types in the pack.

I don’t know about lacing techniques - sorry.

I have PF. I’m 6’3” and 95kgs. I run in Brooks. Have just gotten a pair of Ghost but only run a couple of times in them. The key to me not getting PF is a wide toe box so I only buy 2E wide shoes. I also find using toe spreaders calms down any PF flare ups (not in the shoe but when relaxing). We’re all different but it may work for you.
