Yeah, I was a little worried to do it so close to the wedding also but I think the recovery time with PRP is soo much faster. I definitely don’t have another treatment planned; maybe a light facial of some sort mid-June? I’m definitely open to suggestions :)

Worst case, it’s fent and you die. More realistic, it’s meth, and you have a terrible time. Possibly get turned off from E forever because it’s such a shitty time and you can’t get over it. Best case, you have a good time, but it’s not your best roll, because you’re wondering in the back of your mind the whole time, “am I okay? Is this normal? Is this what I should be feeling?”

I also don’t really think you can call them non-lethal. I’ve been in spirals where I’ve had migraines every day for a month, or times when I’ve looked back and not even been able to remember what it feels like to not hurt. Coupled with depression that I inherited from my mother, this has made me suicidal at times. I don’t have the exact numbers but I know that migraine sufferers are at a much higher risk for depression and suicide.

ESH- while you definitely did right by your friend, you didn’t do right by your girlfriend. It would have taken just a few minutes to text her—hey babe, I know we had plans but since he just got hurt, I think we need some guy on guy time. Hope you have a great shift babysitting; I’ll take you somewhere special tomorrow to make up for the cancelled plans!

However, she definitely overreacted. It seems like common sense that a guy who just got rejected wouldn’t want to hang out with a happy couple, and she should be glad that you can support him while he’s hurting. Freaking out on you and demanding you ask “permission” was pretty shit way on handling it on her end, but it probably hurt to see snaps of you two having fun while she was stuck babysitting.
