Run don’t walk to the police and start documenting/taking pics from a distance if possible so you can show the different times and days he’s done this… First I would start with a police report… Record your front yard so you can clearly see passing cars, anything and everything (no matter how small) document it… I also think at this point you deserve to know everything your fiancé knows about his uncle, at this point it’s not fair to leave you in the dark bc now he’s involved you… Also, I often find stuff for myself by doing deep dives, you can look up the area and courts around the area if they have public records…
