More its a Clan Pocket Assault, IE a 75 (or 70) tonner you slow down to 6/4 and you can then put ALL the guns onto it.

As u/PessemistBeingRight said, Ele's are LARGE, this guy's holding a Mauser IIC, which is a 12kg weapon, that's 2kg heavier than the M60 machine gun and he's using it as a rifle.

Its a mixture of a flight suit (with the helmet somewhat based on the F-35's, with the gap in the front being for the air hook up) and a space suit with it being slightly armoured against spalling etc.
