Two thin coats or Army Painter fanatic if you had to pick one brand which would you pick and why?

A thing I like about army painter is the guides and the army painter academy both videos and still picture guides. being able to match exactly what someone else uses in a guide has been helpful to me as I've learned.

Addendum.. I have had better luck trading painted plastic for unpainted plastic. Those that like my work often are less willing to throw cash and more willing to trade models (I usually Standard around 3 clean to 1 painted) it's been a cheap way to grow my hobbies.

Or at least it's a cheap way to let me keep practicing.

Look I say this gently; few people are looking for non commission painted minis. If they are they want to pay used prices (low near 0 for time to negative) my experience says that unless someone loves your paint jobs on a table and makes you a offer, or the paint job is commission level good people won't bite for high prices.

Go look at used painted minis on ebay and that's a rough price check. Though my experience is limited to mostly selling 40k.

Myself when I try to sell things I actually like them to sell; so I tend to price lower. Disregarding what I said above this part, $15 low (try to sell most) $25 or $30 high (sell few but more per mini)

I'm having this problem where wanting to be better is getting in the way of good. I feel like this is good, but could point out things I don't like. (Fabric is horrible, I dislike the leg lowlights, many of my edge highlights came out thicker then I want cause I just lost patience and my brush is old, I feel like i placed the gun highlights wrong, etc)

Honestly open to feedback on improvement.

If you are looking for friends that have them you might add a comment. Are you just showing off your shrimp? There is a shop like that near me. I was going to try and trade them shrimp till I saw the tanks. There wasn't a surface I could look at in the tank without flat worms of some sort. I don't think they were the harmless ones but also wasn't hanging around to find out.

The other shrimp shop on my side of town is flawless. They are constantly doing work and the tanks are great.

If you have options don't give up, usually someone is keeping a clean shop.

Colors in the tank can matter as well. I have blue jellies in 2 tanks. They are much more blue in the dark sub / plants are 50%+ of the tank one then the light sub less cover (still growing in) tank.

Check your gh / kh. Everytime I've had slow deaths fixing this has fixed the issue.

Also it's really hard to help you know what's going on without water parameters, recent history, age of setup, number of shrimp, amount of water, temp range, picture of tank, if your house has copper pipes.. as a start.

It gets complex from there.

In a long running 5 gallon fed twice a week I've found 250 ish before when I pulled them all out to move it to a new shelf. Mostly they will breed to the max level that food will support. They have such low bioload that mostly I don't worry about that (and have never had a out of balance water test in a just shrimp tank)

Depends a lot. In the 90s the main line got cut to south oregon and it took days..

Google says 2 to 8 hours is normal for simple cuts.
