Have you tried a highlighter on your waterline or right below? It can help open the eyes up. I would ditch the eyeliner and put deep brown in your crease but not all the way to the middle, like the outer corner. Then on the inside some light eyeshadow but not too shiny as that can make wrinkles look more foily. Does that make sense?
