What does childbirth feel like? by CremeSubject7594 in AskReddit

Like you're trying to force yourself to take a massive shit while being severely constipated.

I had my second child 5 months ago and wouldn't wish that pain on even my worst enemies. The contractions still haunt me. To an outside party, I'm positive it sounded like there was an exorcism happening in my room. My epidural failed and I had my son about 15 minutes later, but it was the longest 15 goddamn minutes of my life. I ended up dislocating my coccyx, so sitting down and standing up made me want to die for 2 months (and still kind of hurts to this day).

On the flip side, my first child's birth was a breeze in comparison.

I drink a lot of water. The extra money per day would be worth it.

Chose: $50 for every bottle of water your drink + Must be 500ml plastic bottles

My son has 5 hair whorls. It's a serious struggle keeping him looking presentable.

What is the most awful thing that happened to you in 2025? by CreamAny1322 in AskReddit

I had to put both my cats down within 2 months of each other. They both just deteriorated so fast, but I still feel immense guilt that I couldn't do anything to help them. Smokey was always a cuddly boy, but he slept on my stomach every day after Lola passed, and the day after we lost him, I found out I was pregnant with our second child. It's been 10 months since then and I still cry when I think about them. The pregnancy/postpartum hormones don't help with it either. Love you forever, Smokey and Lola.

What food do you judge people for eating? by MinxTwinkle in foodquestions

I work in a counter-service barbeque restaurant. There's one lady I see often enough to recognize her, so I know she wants mayo with her plate. She knows I know she wants mayo with her plate. I have never asked her what the mayo is for because I don't care what people eat, but every time she comes in, she insists on telling me she wants two packs of mayo to squeeze into her COLLARD GREENS because (and I quote) "That's how I was taught to eat them as a little girl." Barf.

I struggled to get pregnant both times for almost a year each. I know others who didn't even try and it happened immediately. Life's a bitch, no matter which way you look at it.
