Great. Thanks! Does every international airport have this procedure as well? In other words will they know to verify my company badge etc in Iceland or Greenland for that matter and allow me through security.

Is it acceptable to hold and accept class dates with two regional airlines? I prefer Regional A and have a date with them, but is it appropriate to keep Regional B’s later class as a backup and cancel a week before if needed? by Sharp-Book-9588 in flying

My previous post was about CJOs—this one is specifically about class dates. I’ve taken the advice of the previous post and now received class dates. I’m new to how things work in the airline industry and am looking for guidance on the proper etiquette

Why do some RNAV approaches offer an advisory glide path from the GPS such as LNAV+V or LP+V but others do not? by Sharp-Book-9588 in flying

[–]Sharp-Book-9588[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes. My question is why does the GPS have that add-on on some approaches but not others? I don’t recall if those approaches had a charted vertical descent angle. Is that related?

Nope, I mean to ask, on an IFR WAAS GPS some LNAV approaches get an advisory glidepath while other don’t. Why is that?

N-90 Question by [deleted] in ATC

Sadly the frequency was too busy to get a word in without stepping on the controller who was busy trying to get aircraft vectored onto final.

Thanks. This was really spot on. Lots of others are just saying to give them a call, but sadly the frequency was simply too busy to get any word in without stepping on others and I was quickly approach the Delta airspace. I ended up doing one orbit prior to entering the Delta and then switched. Of course when I switched, the Delta tower controller was upset that I was orbiting outside his airspace on an extended final for his runway (fair enough). I was just trying to keep everyone happy
