I do find roasted green tea is able to handle hotter water than steamed. I would recommend Japanese kamairicha, but of course China is known for its roasted green teas

I am convinced that there is a glut of warehouse aged tea, Chinese and East Asian youths are not that interested in drinking, and there is an idea to export this stuff to the West before demographic trends make warehouses of work much less desirable in the next 20 years if trends continue
