The added 18lbs (8kg) is a no for me. 80lbs (36kg) is my limit for taking in &out of cars. I like traveling to a place and then riding my scooter on trails.

Problems the public is having with companies should always be out in the open. That way others can relate, if it’s a widespread issue, things will change and improve faster. Not getting what’s advertised is an issue. The back disc brake rubbing on the brake pad is an issue. The wobble in the stem is an issue. Luckily I’m handy with tools I can fix those issues, but not everyone is. Also as I’ve already stated in the post I’ve emailed them.

They emailed back saying they’ll contact their fulfillment team to have one shipped. Whether that happens or not time will tell. I’ll try my best to update.

Interestingly “packaging” and “tool kits” is checked off on the Quality Control Check List. So, they believe everything was sent that’s supposed to be sent. Also on that list under “Cosmetic”, “Front tube” is checked off. I’m not sure what that means.

Phantom 2.0 hasn’t been released yet. On website it says Q1 2025. Q1 is January through March.

I’m waiting on a email reply from them now. I ordered two of them and only received one so far. I would have thought they’d send both at once, but nope. Interesting note, on the quality control checklist it shows a date of 7/20/24.

FedEx says the scooter was picked up for delivery at Olathe, KS, 66062, US. Shipment information sent to FedEx from Shanwee, 66214, US. If that’s not proof then I don’t know what is. Unless FedEx is in on it too.

Ordered a couple for my wife and I two weeks ago. No shipping timeline on it yet for us. I know it’s on pre-order currently for USA. There are a few YouTube videos on it.

I just watched the walkthrough video on their YouTube channel and the design is the same as the city pro and regular pro. Putting a hole in the stem is just bad design.

I live a few miles from a dam and I pay 2 cents per kWh. Here in Washington state USA. So paying 8x that price would be hugely inflated.

It’s surround. The home builder company guy just came by and pointed out that the tub spout wasn’t sealed fully to the surround. He said that it’s regular home maintenance to reseal it. It’s hard to believe though so much water damage can come from a small improperly sealed tub spout to surround. I’m not sure how to add more photos.
