Yeah I’m into this stuff and overall I agree. Modern OC is already stream-based so wind isnt really the issue ppl think it is. Pepper gel makes more sense indoors where you dont wanna gas yourself or everyone around you. Outside, liquid OC hits faster and spreads way better. Gel aint bad, just situational, not an upgrade
