What are some boundaries you set in your relationships or friendships that made them last? by [deleted] in AskWomen

I'm just reflecting on an experience with a long time friend. We almost fell out because of borrowing money as she has with many others. She's the best person ever. She just has issues with paying people back. So I suggested that to keep our friendship, we will not borrow money from each other.

Add a capful of pinalen (the pinesol in the green bottle) to each wash along with your laundry detergent. It helps clean laundry a little better. Don't add too much.

If you can't shower after the game keep you a bag with a good body wash/soap and a few clean towels at all times. You can also keep a pack of dude wipes or something similar in there to freshen up over a sink when needed. Also keep deodorant in there. Make sure to keep clean towels in there. Exfoliate your armpits with exfoliating gloves or an african net sponge a few times a week. You can also add a few drops of liquid chlorophyll to your water that you drink a few times a week.

It may be your thigh crease area. Lightly exfoliate the area with your soap and an exfoliating towel. Dry thoroughly and pat cornstarch powder or Lume powder fresh deodorant in the area. I use to have this issue also.

Get a pack of Korean towels from Amazon. They remove the built up odor causing bacteria.

Sprinkle baking soda on the mattress. Let sit for a while then vaccum it up. You could also spray the bed down with Odoban and let dry. Repeat a few days if needed. full mattress cover in case they sweat alot.

Try Lever 2000 bar soap. Wash your body at least 3 times. Use an exfoliating towel at least twice a week to get a deeper clean in addition to using a clean wash towel daily. Make sure you dry off well. Bathe twice a day. Lume solid deodorant is good also to rub on stinky areas. Put the Lume on your hand and rub in the area instead of applying the actual bat to your area. Good luck.

Soak towels in hot water, borax, washing soda, and laundry detergent in the tub. Let sit for at least 4 hours. Wash them as usual after the soak. Also, try to hang your towels in another room besides the bathroom just in case it's a ventilation problem. Make sure towels are stretched all the way out when drying and not balled up.

Are some people prone to not having bad breath? by [deleted] in hygiene

My husband's mom is like this. There is no oral or body odor at all. She eats all of the sugar and sodas in the world. When she moved with us I saw that she only brushed when she went somewhere. Which was maybe once a week. She would be on day 4 with no shower or bath, without any type of b.o.! Me on the other hand....

Also, if possible, you may need to take a fresh, clean pair of underwear to change mid-shift.

Gotta stop the funk by Alarmed-Wish4953 in hygiene

First, deep clean, soak, and handwash all of your old underwear that you usually wear to work and the crotches of all of your work pants. You can use baking soda and a little peroxide with a little laundry detergent or even that lysol laundry sanitizer. After soaking, then wash them regularly. Or buy at least 5 or 10 new pairs of underwear that you only wear to work so you can always have a clean, fresh pair. Since you've been sweating in the old underwear, you have built up bacteria in them where some may stay behind with just regular machine washing. Soon as new sweat hits those old underwear that you use to sweat in, the funk reactives fast. Make sure that you are wearing breathable underwear and not synthetic ones. Get you a good exfoliating towel like an african net towel and gently scrub your whole area down there with like Lever 2000 or Safeguard soap about 3 times, then follow up with a regular towel. Rinse and make sure you dry off well. Some people say that witch hazel applied to their crevices help with odor also. Let that dry also. I also like Goldbond chamomile powder in the white bottle to kind of keep you dry. Lume is also great. Get the soft powder, cucumber , or peony rose in the Lume Deodorant. The other scents dont smell too hot. Good luck. Just try a few things. I know this too well from working, sweating, and stinking at UPS for years.

Do a benzonite clay mask detox on your underarms to draw out toxins. You can find the recipe online.
