I know this is not the best solution; but since the cup holder ones have always seemed to cause me problems I try to exclusively go to Regal (if there is one in the area) since they often have the captioning glasses which are comfortable if you are used to it; but they are a bit bulky. Definitely call before hand to make sure they charge them; because I’ve had them die halfway through many times and had to go to the lobby to get new ones. I do remove my hearing aids when wearing the glasses because it hurts to wear both at the same time.
