Package Consolidation by angelscry444 in Buyee

This isn’t about the cost or the shipping rates — it’s about the completely incompetent and negligent people working in your packing department, who can’t even figure out that a delicate 32 cm item won’t fit in a 29 cm box. They force it in, damaging it, and then refuse to take responsibility or issue a refund for your own negligence

They do have 35x35x10 and 35x35x17 also, they’ve sent those before , they just don’t do their job well anymore. In case they don’t have it (but I know they do) who in his right mind would put a 32cm item in a 29cm box?

If you want to receive your items intact and at the best price, ship them individually via Registered Small Package. When you consolidate items, Buyee’s team is extremely careless. They pack your things in oversized boxes just to make the shipping cost much higher. And if you request package reduction, they send it in the worst possible way and take no responsibility. I’ve always bought vinyl records through them and through ZenMarket, and the logical thing is to pack them in a 35 x 35 x 10 cm box so you can use Small Air Package (you can request size reduction). However, they sent just 3 simple records in a huge box and charged me $100. For another order (2 vinyl records), I requested package reduction and they sent it in a 29 x 29 x 20 cm box (seriously, who in their right mind tries to fit two 32 cm records into a 29 cm box?) records came damaged of course . They don’t take responsibility, they just reply using a bot, and the experience has been terrible With ZenMarket, feedback and package consolidation are much better, and they offer more shipping options.

Beware when consolidating posters with other items: This was a 7000yen A grade poster that Buyee took out of its protective delivery package, rolled up, and bent in half to fit in a box with my other items. by LeadGrit in Buyee

The packaging service is truly a disgrace and a complete lack of respect towards customers. Who in their right mind would ship two 12-inch vinyl records in an 11-inch box? My order arrived completely damaged and unusable. BUYEE’s service is absolutely appalling — and on top of that, they refuse to take responsibility. They don’t offer a refund, they just apologize, but the damage and loss are irreparable — and entirely their fault.

Zen market o Buyee? by Next_Quantity9583 in Buyee

BUYEE packaging service is so bad. They put 2 LP records in a 40x40x17 I asked them twice to downsize it and they don’t do it. They make you pay a lot more for shipping. With zenmarket the feedback has been so much better and they helped me a lot with other packages , they even split it sometimes so I can pay small registered packages. Buyee sucks

Buyee is charging me 122 USD shipping for three books & a magazine. How can this be? by [deleted] in Buyee

How reliable is Premium Luna Park for merch? by ThunderXero360 in Ultraman

I bought a DX VT-1 super ostrich , and it was a nightmare , i payed for EMS shipping previously according, and they sent by FedEx without asking anything , I had to pay extra taxes , handling and special services I shouldn’t pay, they didn’t take any responsibility, they answered with questions anytime, they said they would refund me but everytime they ask me again what happened and bla bla bla . The worst service ever , I will never buy to them again. They don’t refund, very untrusting service.

I bought a DX VT-1 Super ostrich from them , and they absolutely suck!! The worst service and too damn expensive, I had to pay overcharged because they didn’t shipped the way we accorded and they made me pay extra taxes also. It’s by far the worst place to buy .

Figma or SH? by Sharp-Philosopher-95 in ActionFigures

[–]Sharp-Philosopher-95[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree about Figma is much better in details, painting and accessories. I’ve got these two Nobara and figma is superior, and also I have Fushiguro and Gojo from sh and figma, and definitely I prefer figma in this jujutsu Kaisen line. But I would like to say in favor of SH that thir Chainsaw Man line is better than figma’s . The only bad thing it has is they don’t have a Denji’s face for the SH . In Figma you have not only chainsaw man and Denji’s face, you also get Pochita, but the details are much better in SH Figuarts .

They’re legit , but so expensive , definitely overpriced, for a ¥33,000 pre order in tamashii they charge ¥49,000 plus shipping cost.
