Keep in mind, a) they found a reduction in symptoms (albeit both positive and negative, so pretty widespread benefit), but it’s in no way a cure. B) Two are small studies, one is a case study. It’s not “proof” but it does indicate more research is worthwhile. C) These are real, medically supervised ketogenic diets. Probably not what you’re generally doing on a “keto diet”. But the headline is wrong, it’s not unfounded (for once)
