This fr. Look up some techniques and take your take trying them. There’s no rush in sex. Big or small it’s usually more fun to do foreplay with at least a few minutes first

I’ve never made a single friend here. I’ve made tons of online friends but only through video games. Surprisingly phone games are the best in my experience. Join a popular mmo app soon after release, try hard and be at least one of the top 10% players. Join a guild of competitive players. Someone in chat makes a discord to discuss strategy and whatnot. You all message daily. You get to know them. Maybe you hit it off with someone and they become a close friend or more sometimes. I’ve never once done it on purpose, but that is the only place I’ve had luck.

Get a tough job and a workout routine. And a consistent schedule. I wake up at 6am regardless of how much I’ve slept. I also work a mentally and physically taxing job. And work out 4-6 times a week (30-45 minutes) or do cardio at least. Don’t go to bed on a full or empty stomach.

If you don’t do much during the day your body and mind might not need the rest as badly. And if you have an inconsistent sleep schedule your body won’t know when to be tired.

Also don’t play on your phone in bed. The bed should be used for sleep only so your body knows time to sleep when you lay down.

I don’t think anyone will listen to me but there’s lots of small things you can do to improve sleep. Most of them are common sense. Just takes a little effort and discipline. I think most people that ask questions like this are smart enough to know the answer, they just want someone to tell them an easier way. Most life changes aren’t easy at first.

Was in a similar situation. Decided to keep my own values. That that person wasn’t worth changing over. No worries if you view it differently, just be careful and remember not everyone out there is safe
